At Strettons, Sam advised a broad range of clients on rent reviews, lease renewals, restructures and strategic asset management, building a reputation for clear, commercially focused guidance.
Previously, Sam spent five years at CBRE, the world’s largest commercial real estate services and investment firm. During this time, he acted on behalf of leading institutional landlords including Hammerson, Landsec, Schroders Investment Management and British Land, gaining extensive experience across prime retail, office and mixed-use assets.
Sam brings deep expertise in complex lease negotiations, portfolio optimisation and value-enhancing strategies for both landlords and occupiers. His practical, data-driven approach helps clients understand their options, manage risk and unlock opportunities within their property holdings.
