News: The Crown Estate appoints Cushman & Wakefield as Leisure and Hospitality Advisers across its London portfolio

Press Release - The Leisure & Restaurants Team at real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield, led by Matt Ashman, Megan Hutchinson and Matt Englender, has been appointed by The Crown Estate to advise on the Hospitality and Leisure aspects of its London portfolio.This appointment swiftly follows the announcement that the firm is to provide retail leasing advice across the same London portfolio - and the only advisor to work across both Hospitality & Leisure and Retail for The Crown Estate.

With a London portfolio spanning 10 million sq ft, The Crown Estate is one of the West End's largest landowners. Comprising of Regent Street and around half of St James's, its offer extends across the workplace, retail, dining, leisure, and residential sectors.
