People Moves: Knight Frank welcomes Joe Warren from MITIE as latest ESG hire

Press Release - Knight Frank expands its ESG Consulting team with the appointment of Joe Warren as an Associate. With expertise in regulatory compliance, carbon reporting, feasibility studies and sustainability asset appraisals, Joe will work closely with Jonathan Hale and the firm's ESG Consultancy team, as well as its Project & Building Consultancy team, led by Charles Ingram Evans, to advise clients on managing and reducing the carbon output of development and refurbishment projects.

He will provide expert insight into UK ESG regulation, carbon reduction strategies and sustainable building solutions, expanding the team's existing capacity to advise clients across multi-variant projects and building issues throughout the whole life cycle of real estate assets.

Joining from MITIE, where he spent seven years specialising in technical energy solutions, Joe brings significant ESG knowledge and experience to Knight Frank, supporting its continued focus on providing clients with solutions to decarbonise their assets and support their Net Zero journey. He developed additional technical experience in roles at David Maher & Associates and Coffey Construction, as well as through a Master of Engineering from University College Dublin.

Notably, Joe played a role in advising the government on new carbon accreditation legislation. As such, he is uniquely positioned to advise clients on contemporary ESG regulation and strategy, offering invaluable insight on public policy as well as technical carbon solutions.
