People Moves: Knight Frank appoints Amira Hashemi as ESG Leader for its UK Property and Asset Management team

In her newly appointed role at Knight Frank, Amira will lead upon ESG strategy and implementation across the company's Asset Management, Property Management and Facilities Management businesses across the UK.

Over recent years, Amira has led the sustainability strategy for Frasers Property UK from conceptualisation through to successful delivery.

Within two years she helped Fraser's Property UK achieve a 4-star GRESB award and the certification of the UK's first 3-star Fitwel certified business park.

The recruitment of Amira has become a part of Knight Frank's wider expansion of ESG advice and expertise across their business, with Jonathan Hale joining as Head of ESG Consultancy and Harriet Hix as Senior ESG Consultant in 2022, and the recent formation of a new ESG Research team led by Flora Harley.
