People Moves: KGAL appoints new Head of Open Investment Funds
Media Article - As Of September 1, 2022, Michael Kohl will take over strategic product responsibility and development for the open-ended funds of KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG as Head of Open Investment Funds. This applies to the immoSUBSTANZ as a real estate fund launched in 2019 as well as the open-ended infrastructure mutual fund planned for next year. At the same time, he will also support the new product development of the entire KGAL Group in this area.
Michael Kohl can draw on more than 25 years of experience as a tax consultant and authorized signatory at EY as well as in management positions in the Commerzbank Group. After positions at Commerz Real AG, responsible for all of the company's tangible assets funds, he was most recently Managing Director at Commerzbank AG, where he was responsible for asset management in the private customer business. Through his understanding of sales requirements and banking requirements, he will be able to make a significant contribution to the launch of sustainable funds under the EU Disclosure and Taxonomy Regulation by KGAL Investment Management GmbH & Co. KG.
