People Moves: Japanese refiner Cosmo appoints new CEO from April 1


By Katya Golubkova (Reuters)Japan's Cosmo Energy Holdings Co, the country's third-biggest refiner, has appointed Shigeru Yamada as its next Chief Executive and representative Director, the company said on Tuesday. Yamada, who currently serves as Director and senior executive officer, will replace Hiroshi Kiriyama from April 1, with Kiriyama becoming representative Director and Chairman of Cosmo's Board of Directors, the company said (Editing by David Goodman).
