IBR Group International announces partnership with Marketing Minds and Bold Identities

LONDON, England - IBR Group International is delighted to announce that the company has decided to collaborate with an established virtual community of marketers, consisting predominantly of experienced copywriters and recruitment marketing professionals in order to explore the important possibilities that may be open to the business as it transitions to a more gender-conscious model of recruitment marketing. By developing more gender-neutral language as part of its marketing activity, IBR Group International will hope to create more inclusive outcomes for energy and infrastructure employers for who the firm work on behalf of on important recruitment assignments in the future.

The community partnership will see Marketing Minds offer support to IBR Group International with the management of its approach to an entirely new domain of ESG talent attraction within the oil and energy, real estate, and infrastructure finance industries.

Marketing Minds are a collective of marketers and founders who share one common goal: to improve the performance of their marketing output. The mission: to create a valuable community of marketers and founders who help each other to progress and improve their marketing performance. Bold Identities, one of the parent companies of the Marketing Minds community, founded by Rich Evans, targets clients in the recruitment wider community.

As part of this month's event calendar, as a guest speaker for its digital roundtable (Wednesday 4th May 2022), Marketing Minds retained the services of none other than Claudia De La Cruz MCIM who is a B2B Inbound and account-based marketing strategist with over 10 years of experience in digital marketing leading teams within the recruitment industry.
