People Moves: HSBC Real Estate Investment Management appoints Pierre Gil as Chief Executive Officer

Press Release -- HSBC has announced that Pierre Gil has now been appointed as Chairman of the Management Board of HSBC Real Estate Investment Management (REIM). He succeeds Dominique Paulhac, who is retiring and has played a key role in the growth and development of HSBC REIM since 2004.

As Manager of HSBC REIM, Pierre Gil oversees property management activities on behalf of third parties, which remain under the responsibility of Patricia Dupont-Liévens, Managing Director and present at HSBC REIM since 1999. Pierre will also be responsible for developing supply and investor relations and business partnerships.

HSBC REIM (France) is the third-party property management subsidiary of HSBC Asset Management in France. The main fund managed by the subsidiary is the SCPI of offices in Île-de-France, Elysées Pierre. Marketed for more than 35 years, its capitalization of more than EUR 2.6 billion as of December 31, 2022 places it among the top 10 SCPIs on the market.
