London, ENGLAND (Green Street News) -- London-based investment manager Delancey has appointed Emma Murray as director for capital strategies. Murray joins Delancey from Fiera Real Estate, where she has served as director of business development and capital raising since 2015. During her tenure, she was responsible for raising £2.1bn for both UK-only and pan-European strategies, managing institutional relationships including pensions funds, insurers, sovereign wealth funds and consultants. In this newly created role, she will support the expansion of the firm's real estate product and investor base. The aim is to enhance Delancey's institutional relationships, as it expands both its real estate investment and capital strategies.
