Karen Clements, Managing Director, UK Asset Services and Valuation & Advisory, Cushman & Wakefield, said: "We are delighted that Andie has chosen to join Cushman & Wakefield. She is a highly regarded senior leader who brings a wealth of experience in improving and growing PM and FM operations. We believe our Asset Services proposition is distinct and market-leading, reflecting the industry shift from managing physical real estate to delivering space as a service, consciously curating experiences that deliver value for both occupiers and investors. Andie's appointment reflects the strategic importance of Asset Services to our UK and EMEA business and supports our objective of growing our Asset Services business in a way that reshapes the UK property management market.

"Nick leaves with our best wishes for his new venture. He has made a significant contribution to our Asset Services business which has been transformed into a truly customer-centric model delivering improved experiences for owners, occupiers and customers alike. We look forward to seeing Asset Services continue to develop and grow under Andie's leadership."

Andrea Penman, incoming Head of UK Asset Services, Cushman & Wakefield, said: "I am really enthused by Cushman & Wakefield's Asset Services proposition and in particular the focus on managing the best assets and delivering value-adding services that enhance the customer and tenant experience. I can't wait to get started."

Penman and Ridley will work together on a smooth transition of responsibilities before Ridley leaves the firm.
