The appointment of Thomas and Stanley is a direct result of their outstanding performance to build a best-in-class investment business in Hong Kong.

The collaborative approach demonstrated by Thomas and Stanley has seen the CMIS department become one of the fastest growing business lines for Colliers in Hong Kong. Since the start of the year, their leadership has seen headcount nearly double in size, and they have steered the business to 15 sole agency appointments with an estimated value of over HK$10 billion. This success has elevated the profile of the business and developed a new level of trust across a wide range of vendors including banks, receivers, local developers and mainland corporates.

Key to this success has been the formation of specialist teams that provide greater focus on the exacting needs of clients. There are now six teams that focus on corporate and commercial deals, development sites, luxury residential, retail assets, industrial assets and agricultural Land.
