People Moves: Cohen & Steers appoints Liyen Wee as Head of Wealth in Asia Pacific region

Press Release, Singapore and New York (PRNewswire) -- Cohen & Steers, Inc. (NYSE: CNS) a leading real assets specialty manager, announced today the appointment of Liyen Wee as Vice President and Head of Wealth, Asia Pacific. In this role, Ms. Wee will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with financial intermediaries in the Asia Pacific Ex-Japan region. She is based in Singapore and reports to David Conway, Head of International Wholesale Distribution.

Ms. Wee joins Cohen & Steers with over 18 years of sales and client relationship experience in the asset management industry. She most recently served as Director of the Financial Intermediaries Group at Lazard Asset Management where she led the Southeast Asia financial intermediaries and wholesale distribution business. Prior to joining Lazard in 2021, Ms. Wee was Director and Head of Distribution Sales at Amundi Asset Management and also held roles at Aberdeen and OCBC Asset Management.
