People Moves: CBRE Investment Management expands Private Infrastructure Investments Team with appointment of Senior Director
Press Release -- CBRE Investment Management ("CBRE IM") has appointed Kerron Lezama as a Senior Director in the Private Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Head of Europe Private Infrastructure, Andreas Köttering, he will be instrumental in overseeing the team in unlocking global investment opportunities.
Kerron joins from Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan, where he was Managing Director in the Infrastructure and Natural Resources team, responsible for origination and asset management of infrastructure investments across EMEA, with a focus on regulated and unregulated utilities and transport. He also spent over 11 years at Evercore advising on a number of high-profile deals within the infrastructure sector.
Based in London, Kerron will be responsible for sourcing and executing direct equity investments, as well as supporting the development of infrastructure investment strategies. He will play a leading role in all aspects of the investment process and will be involved in the asset management of the firms' portfolio companies.
