People Moves: Brondwyn Douglas joins Spear Capital as ESG officer
Press Release - Spear Capital has appointed specialist, Brondwyn Douglas, as the company's ESG officer, providing critical attention and oversight of sustainable business practices in emerging markets for its assets.
Global ESG assets are on track to exceed $50trn by 2025, and companies readily able to meet ESG requirements will be prioritised over those that cannot.
Brondwyn brings over 18 years' experience of reviewing and developing ESG strategy, as well as extensive experience supporting organisations and their respective portfolio companies to meet investor requirements and adhere to performance standards.
Brondwyn has previously developed ESG strategies across Africa, the UK and America, affording her invaluable insight into ESG strategies in varied markets.
