International real estate advisor Savills has announced the appointment of William Davies as Co-Head of PBSA Valuations, based at the firm's Margaret Street headquarters. He will focus on student accommodation valuations within Savills Operational Capital Markets (OCM) division.

Expertise in Valuations

Davies has recently joined Savills after a notable career at Allsop LLP, where he spent over 15 years specializing in valuations in the residential and student housing sectors. His extensive experience encompasses the valuation of Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and Student House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) portfolios throughout the UK.

Focus Areas

With a strong emphasis on Greater London and the South of England, Davies excels in assessing both development and operational assets. His diverse client base includes banks, debt funds, bridge lenders, developers, operators, and property companies, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of market dynamics and asset management.
