People Moves: Serica Energy unveils two new senior appointments
Press Release (Serica Energy/KeyFacts Energy) -- Serica Energy last week Wednesday announced two important additions to the Company's senior leadership team. Effective from 1 June, Janice Doyle (nee Mair) has been appointed as the Company's Chief People Officer. Carla Riddell FEI, FGS will join Serica in September as Chief Technical Officer. Both bring extensive industry experience to enrich Serica's team as the Company grows.
Carla Riddell will join Serica as Chief Technical Officer (CTO) effective 1st September. Carla transitions to Serica from Xodus consultancy, where she served as Chief Strategy Officer. Her extensive experience spans technical, asset management and executive roles at RPS Group, Helix RDS, Baker Hughes, Axis, Centrica, Spirit and Evero.
Janice Doyle has joined Serica permanently as Chief People Officer (CPO). Janice brings a wealth of experience from senior people and culture roles held at BAA, Talisman Energy, Repsol Sinopec, EnQuest and latterly Ithaca.
