People Moves: Schroders' European REIT appoints incoming successor to outgoing Chairman

London, UK (Press Release) -- Schroder European Real Estate Investment Trust Plc has announced the appointment of Phil Redding as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective from 1 January 2026. Alongside this significant appointment, the Company confirms that Sir Julian Berney Bt. will be stepping down as Chairman and retiring from the Board at the conclusion of the AGM in March 2026. Mr. Redding (pictured) will succeed him as Chairman. With over 35 years of experience in the UK and pan-European property sector.
