London, UK (Press Release) -- PATRIZIA, an investment manager in global real assets, has appointed Ker Gilchrist, one of the UK real estate sector's most respected and accomplished leaders, as Head of Investment Management UK, marking a major strengthening of its UK and European leadership and investment capabilities. In this role, Gilchrist will lead PATRIZIA's UK investment platform, representing the business externally and overseeing investment strategy, the delivery of high-performing portfolios for clients, and team leadership.
Gilchrist joins PATRIZIA following a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years in UK real estate and capital markets. Most recently, he served as Managing Partner at BentallGreenOak (BGO), where he led the investment strategy for Welput, London's largest unlisted office fund. He was instrumental in reshaping the fund's focus on best-in-class, sustainable developments, including the landmark 500,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme at 105 Victoria Street, and in securing major institutional partners such as PSP Investments. His earlier career includes senior roles at Quintain, Knight Frank, Savills, and JLL, with a consistent focus on value creation, cross-border investment, and market-leading execution
Gilchrist has also served as a Board Member of the Westminster Property Association and was a member of the Investment Property Forum.
