People Moves: Cushman & Wakefield strengthens SA Investment sales team with two strategic appointments
Cushman & Wakefield has reaffirmed its long-term commitment to the South Australian market with the appointment of two seasoned professionals to its growing Investment Sales platform: Jack Dascombe as Senior Executive, Investment Sales SA, and Anton Williams as Associate Director, Investment Sales SA.
These appointments mark a significant milestone in the firm's strategic expansion across Australia, reinforcing its presence in key markets and enhancing its ability to deliver best-in-class investment advisory services.
Daniel Wolman, International Director, Investment Sales at Cushman & Wakefield, said "South Australia is experiencing a surge in investor interest, driven by strong fundamentals and a maturing commercial property landscape.
"The addition of Jack and Anton to our national platform reflects our confidence in the region and our commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for our clients. Their deep market knowledge and proven track records will be instrumental as we continue to grow our footprint in Adelaide and beyond."
Jack Dascombe joins Cushman & Wakefield from Colliers, where he played a key role in the Investment Services division. Since 2022, Jack has been involved in over $42 million in commercial property transactions across CBD, metro, and regional markets, including distressed-asset campaigns. Prior to transitioning into sales, Jack worked as a Facilities Manager, where he actively managed Office, Retail, and Industrial assets, with a focus on driving value creation and implementing future-proofing strategies.

Anton Williams brings over 20 years of experience across real estate, elite sport, media, government partnerships, and security technology. He has led complex stakeholder engagements and high-level negotiations, with a focus on aligning commercial outcomes to broader strategic objectives. His approach is grounded in data and insight, supporting long-term value creation across diverse sectors. Anton brings a deep network spanning private investors, family offices, institutions, and major corporates.
The appointments come amid a broader national push to bolster Cushman & Wakefield's Investment Sales capabilities. With established teams in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and now an expanded presence in Adelaide, the firm is well-positioned to support clients across all major markets.
This move follows recent leadership developments in South Australia, including Managing Director Adam Hartley's role broadening to include sales transactions within the Investment Sales and Capital Markets team, while he continues to lead Office Leasing and Kristina Barone's recent appointment as Director of Office Leasing.
"Our South Australian team is built on deep experience, strategic insight, and a strong client-first ethos," said Adam Hartley, Managing Director of Cushman & Wakefield SA.
"With leaders like Jack, Anton and Kristina, we're well-positioned to deliver exceptional service today while building for the future."
