News: Cibus Acquires 10 Properties for Over SEK 400 Million - MarketScreener
Sweden (Press Release) -- Real estate company Cibus has acquired ten properties in four separate transactions, according to a press release. The properties are located in three countries, with a total underlying property value of approximately EUR 36.5 million, equivalent to SEK 412 million.
The transactions in Sweden involve the acquisition of two Willys stores, situated in central Enköping and Ludvika, respectively. In Denmark, Cibus has acquired seven properties, six of which are located on Zealand and one on Jutland. These properties are fully leased to grocery chains Salling Group (3 stores), Coop Danmark (3 stores), and Rema 1000 (1 store).
The final transaction is in Belgium, where Cibus is acquiring a Proxy Delhaize grocery store in Meerhout, Antwerp Province.
With these deals, Cibus has now announced a total of six acquisitions comprising 16 properties across four countries in July.
