People Moves: Delin Property appoints Nick Martin as Chief Financial Officer

London, England -- Delin Property, the fully integrated European logistics warehouse specialist, has appointed Nick Martin as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. He brings more than two decades of experience in corporate, fund and asset finance in markets across Europe.

Nick joins Delin from Palm Capital, where he was Chief Financial Officer for seven years and supported its growth as an operating partner for institutional capital. Previously he worked at Tristan Capital as the Finance Director for three pan-European funds.

Tom Wattles, Delin Property's CEO said: "Nick's broad skillset and strategic, entrepreneurial mindset will be tremendous assets for us as we grow our platform and footprint in European logistics real estate as a co-investment partner and fund manager. Nick qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 after graduating four years earlier with a degree in Law and German. During his training he worked in a variety of roles in financial services at PwC and KPMG, subsequently moving into corporate finance at Smith and Williamson. From 2008 Nick worked as a contracted financial controller for six years, for a number of real estate companies including Macquarie and Delancey.
