Oslo, Norway (Press Release) -- CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has announced the appointment of Jorgen Arnesen as the new Managing Director of Advisory Services in Norway, effective January 1, 2026. In this role, Arnesen will report to Colin Waddell, Managing Director for the Nordic Region.

Arnesen brings a wealth of experience to his new position, having established himself as a leader in corporate finance, real estate, and investments. His track record includes significant Pan-Nordic and international cross-border deal experience, making him well-equipped to lead CBRE's advisory efforts in Norway.

Prior to this appointment, Arnesen served as the Executive Director and Head of Nordics within CBRE's Investment Banking team, where he successfully managed various high-stakes projects and developed strong relationships within the industry.

This strategic appointment is part of CBRE's ongoing commitment to enhancing its advisory services and expanding its footprint in the Nordic region.
