People Moves: British Land appoints Michael Wiseman to Executive Committee
London, ENGLAND (Media Report) -- British Land on Wednesday announced the appointment of Michael Wiseman to its Executive Committee with immediate effect.
Since joining the organisation from ING Real Estate Development in 2011, Wiseman has held a number of senior positions spanning office leasing, asset management and development.
He is currently British Land's head of campuses and has been instrumental in shaping British Land's campus strategy, playing a central role in transforming Broadgate into one of London's most successful mixed‑use campuses.
He has also led the company's science and technology expansion, establishing Regent's Place as a growing hub for innovative businesses.
British Land chief executive Simon Carter said: "Mike's deep market knowledge and strong customer relationships have been central to British Land's sustained leasing success and the performance of our London campuses over the past decade.
"His experience and commercial approach will be invaluable to our executive committee in shaping our customer strategy and driving operational performance."
