Paradice Investment Management adds Maddy Dwyer to its growing ESG team
Paradice's new hire will see the Sydney-based investor establish a greater focus on ESG
October 15, 2021 -- Australian equities boutique Paradice Investment Management, has as of yesterday confirmed that the firm has appointed an ESG Analyst to its team of experienced Investment professionals. The new appointee, Maddy Dwyer, who joins with immediate effect, will enhance the capabilities of the firm's coverage of Environmental, Social and Governance investing.
Ms Maddy Dwyer joins Paradice after starting her ESG career at Regnan in 2015 before moving to Pendal
Group as a Responsible Investments Manager post its assumption of Regnan ownership in early 2019.
Recently, Maddy helped prepare Pendal Group's UK business for the introduction of the EU Sustainable
Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
Commenting on the appointment, Paradice's Head of ESG, Nick Varcoe said:

Paradice recently joined several Climate
Action 100+ investor working groups, Investors Against Slavery and Trafficking (IAST) and the
Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA) as well as becoming a member of Tobacco Fee
